  How do I register for the conference?

  Where should I park?

  Complimentary on-site parking is available for all conference attendees. There will be signage to help direct you to parking.

  Which rooms/areas will the events take place in?

  All sessions and activities will be held in the Capitol Ballroom.

  What is the dress code?

  The recommended attire is Business Casual.

  What are the registration rates?

  Early Bird Rates

  • $295 – Physician
  • $195 – Non-Physician

  10% discount available for VCU faculty/staff. Email healthofwomen@vcuhealth.org for the discount code.
  Registration rates after March 1, 2026 will increase by $50.

  What does my registration include?

  Your registration fee provides:

  • Hot breakfast buffet
  • Lunch
  • Coffee breaks
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall
  • CME credits

  What is the cancellation policy?

  A refund of the registration fee, minus a 15% non-refundable administrative fee, is available only if written notice of cancellation is emailed to healthofwomen@vcuhealth.org on or before April 29, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date.
